While Pandacan lost water last week (November 9, 2008) to a water main break; a Pampanga couple, on the other hand, lost cash and valuables (amounting to P150K) to robbers on the same date.
Chief Inspector Benigno Macalindong of the Manila Police District (MPD) said the incident occurred 4:35 a.m. while the victims (Arvin and Carmela Belene) “…on board their owner-type jeep (VBD 550), were waiting for the light to turn green at the corner of President Quirino Avenue and P. Zamora Street…”
Konting ingat lang po, lalo na kung magbi-byahe ng madaling araw. Talamak ang krimen lalo na pag magpapasko.

ano ba yan, wala bang nakakita jan, eh may mga tao na diyan. mga pedicab drivers, ung mga tao sa Andoks, mga galing o pauwi na ng palengke at iba pa.
