PAGASA Weather Forecast
Synopsis:
Diffused tail-end of a cold front affecting Extreme Northern Luzon. Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao.
Forecast:
Extreme Northern Luzon will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers while the eastern section of Visayas and Mindanao will have mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over the western sections of Northern and Extreme Northern Luzon and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast and east with slight to moderate seas except during thunderstorms.
