since nasa PLM ka na rin, why not got to SM Manila muna, may sakayan dun ng mini bus kung tawagin nmin, sakay ka dun at ibababa kamismo sa residencias. i think ung fare eh 10 pesos lang yata since ung ang minimum nila except kung student ka lang.

ayun po, incoming student po kasi ako sa PLM, marami pong di alam, pasensya po..
sa maya gilid lang sya ung malapit sa pasukan ng carpark.
sa laas yata un ng kfc o ng shakey’s yata…
kapag pabalik e may sakayan din ng mini bus pabalik ng SM Manila, ung itsura ng mini bus eh parang bus lang talaga na punggok. di mo mamimis un. alam mo pala ung pilahan ng mga taxi sa labas ng SM? dun mo abanagan un. or ask a security guard, mababait naman sila.

hi, ask ko lang if there are residential units for rent sa residencias de manila.. last time kasi may nkita kmi… the unit with three bedrooms for 10k/month kaya lang nung tinatawagan ko na yung contact numbers puro out of service na. sana po may makatulong. kung less than 10k/month yung rent much better po. thanks!!!

elow! i have a job offering in san miguel corp pandacan.. im from cebu and have never been to pandacan… i want to take the job but im so afraid coz i dunno where to live in pandacan.. pixes in the internet shows this place is a very busy place and i heard na talagang mataas ang cost of living dyan sa manila compared dito sa cebu.. pls help me, i want to take the job but im scared living in your place…
hi eumie, pandacan is a very busy place indeed, pandacan is like in the center of manila, all trucks and all type of vehicles are going in and out. but if u stay here, u can enjoy living here… there’s a mall in every exit of pandacan, hospitals, transportation is very accesible (jeep, bus, taxi, train, trolly, pedicab, tricycle) , pandacan has also all sort or kinds of food that u can chose from. wet markets are located at the corner of west zamora and pres. quirino ave. but u could also find a small wet market near san miguel corp. located at the train station of pandacan.
its normal to feel awkward to a new place, i too also work in cebu and like u said, food is much cheaper there than here in manila. but, people here are friendly too like the cebuanos that i have met. if your gonna work in smc, almost all of its employees live in pandacan and one of pandacan1011.com member thta i met is working there as a technician or something.
just give it a try, see for ur self what pandacan can offer u. have a nice day!

sabi raw may lugar si Pacman d2, pero hindi ko alam kung saan at hindi ko pa sya nakikita d2 mula pa ng lumipat ako d2 dalawang taon na. Akala ko sa tondo sya bumili ng bahay. Sya nga pala, ang address ng Residencias ay sa Nagtahan sakop ng Brgy ng Paco.

ang alam ko from 20-45 sq m ang mga unit sa residencias de manila. simula siguro 7k-15k depende pa rin sa mga unit owner ang rentahan. maari ka siguro magtanong sa mga gwardya ng bawat building dahil iba iba ang nag pagpalakad sa mga ito.

i’m renting a room in RDM building 1. Feeling ko medyo di maganda pagkakagawa kasi nauga ang building sa konting daan lang ng mga truck. i’m not sure lang sa ibang buildings kung ganun din ang case. rent will vary depending sa ganda ng unit. may 5k lang pero bare na bare as in kita mo pa yung mga tubo, etc. may mganda that will costs 10-15k (2 to 3 bedroom).
meron po kayang studio type lang, kahit bare, na nasa 20-25 sqm. ang laki, kahit nasa mid-floor, pero nasa 5k lang ang rental fee? kapag meron naman po, pa-advice po ako… thanks po!
