May is the month of flower, and is also the time of the year to honor the Virgin Mary. And Filipinos do it by holding a Santacruzan procession (or Sagala). When I was a kid, I had been involved in a lot of parades during the month of May. Sometimes escort to my sisters, sometimes “taga-ilaw” lang. :mrgreen: Hit pa noon ang magagarang arko for Reyna Elenas and Reyna Emperatriz.
