I’m not sure if this was televised, but Obesis Street was featured in “Operation Blessing“. Organizers of Operation Blessing surprised one resident – Adelaida Vigo (and some members of her family) by taking them out for lunch, which the family has not done for years.
I assume this project is different from Congressman Abante’s Medical Mission last January.

The Operation Blessing team – based on the video I watched – gave free medicines and medical check up to residents of Obesis Street, Pandacan, Manila. It was not indicated in the clip when this event happened. Also, Obesis is a long street — if I’m not mistaken, lampas ito ng Mabolo court, the road connecting Obesis and Otis.
