Whether it is a hoax or not we the Pandaquenos and Manilenyos must act now to get rid of this industry out of Manila because this Oil Depot are actually a sleeping time bomb waiting to explode and to destroy Manila once an accident or a terrorist action happen.

It can be just a scare now. . . but what if it becomes real? Do we have to wait for that?
We must take a united effort now to get this dangerous, hazardous and pollutive oil depots out of Pandacan to protect our lives and properties and the future of this district and that of the next generation!
