The second photoblog of the Fiesta 2010 series: Pandacan Buling-Buling 2010. Spearheaded by Samahang Sining at Kalinangan ng Pandacan, the annual dance tradition/festival was a smashing success.
Various Pandacan groups and organizations of all ages wearing colorful Filipiniana dresses filled up the streets last Saturday afternoon (January 16, 2010) and danced their way in tribute of our patron Sto. Nino. Politicians and celebrities also joined in the festivities.
