BPI Pandacan branch (along Jesus St., in front of Sto Nino Church) formally moved its office to Residencias de Manila commercial building beginning today, September 15, 2008. Same BPI people in new and modern office feel of the bank. Definitely a welcome change for Pandacan. People are still waiting for the BPI ATM to go online though.
Currently, Residencias de Manila commercial building hosts a few of the newer business establishments in Pandacan, DIPS – digital photo printing services, Merryland- a convenience store, LavanderaKo, (to name a few) a couple of internet shops, nursing review center, a pre-school, several water stations, pharmacy and several others. In the near future, spa and fitness center, offices, and who knows maybe jollibee, mcdo, or chowking.
Hmm, kelan naman kaya ang facelift ng PNB Pandacan??? Ano naman kaya papalit sa dating office ng BPI, (ground floor of the Romualdez Mansion)???

Ang masaya sa news na to, wala pa ring ATM ang BPI. Susginoo, tagal ng wala nyan di ba? Parang nasa 80′s tuloy tayo nyan eh. :D
