hi! im going to take my LET exam in that school (j zamora elem. school) i was wondering if you happen to know how to go there from let's say manila city hall? or sm manila? perhaps around that area :) or if there are any landmarks near the school. thanks! hope to hear from you!
From City Hall/SM Manila:

1. via Jeep

Walk to TAFT Avenue, but make sure you are on the side that goes to Baclaran.

Take any jeep (V.CRuz, Baclaran,etc)... get off at Escoda/PGH or Pedro Gil station. Fare is only P8.50 and it will take not more than 10minutes of travel if the traffic is moderate.

There's a Pandacan Jeep terminal on Escoda street, take that. Fare is only P8.50. It will take 10-15 minutes to get to P.Zamora Elem. School.

LANDMARKS in order: Along West Zamora Street (or simply Zamora) we have Penafrancia Plaza (left side); Big Bakery on the right in front of the plaza; a polluted creek, Mercury Drug + BPI Bank and other local business when you reach the end of Zamora street corner Pres. Quirino Avenue. Jeep will turn left, get off when you see the overpass (there's a traffic light), after Obesis Street and Paradise street. Last landmark will be the YGIEA building, which is in front of J.Zamora school. (Landmarks you shouldn't see: Sto. Nino Church, 7-11.. lagpas ka na non)

2. via Taxi

Ask Taxi Driver to take the Pres. Quirino Avenue route.

Route should be just straight, simply along Pres. Quirino.

LANDMARKS. Depending on where you're coming from, you should see the following in order: Pedro Gil (riles), Plaza Dilao (left), short bridge (creek).

IMPORTANT! After the short bridge, you will see a flyover ahead (Zamora Brige or bagong tulay as they call it) going to Sta. Mesa. You have to go left (still along Quirino Ave) going to Nagtahan.

LANDMARK - You will see the Iglesia ni Cristo Church on the left. Traffic light after that (jeeps from TAFT come from left), get past that traffic light and you will see the overpass (traffic light). YGIEA is on the left. Get off by the overpass, Zamora school is on the right.

Hope this helps.
