April 6, 2010 – Three people were hurt last Tuesday after supporters of mayoralty bets Lim and Atienza dispute over campaign posters. A couple of weeks ago, a 28 year old Pandacan resident – Marvin Earl Natividad – was caught in a buy-bust operation after allegedly selling fake computer software through “TipidPC” website, which offered supposedly authentic software.

Ordinance 7177 – Pandacan Oil Depot to Stay

Yesterday – May 28, 2009, Mayor Alfredo Lim approved the controversial Ordinance 7177, which allows the oil depot here in Pandacan to stay. It supersedes (or should I say over-empowers?) the previous Ordinance 8027 which classified Pandacan and Sta. Ana as residential and commercial areas instead of industrial.
