Pandacan Man Arrested for Alleged Software Piracy

A couple of weeks ago, a 28 year old Pandacan resident – Marvin Earl Natividad – was caught in a buy-bust operation after allegedly selling fake computer software through “TipidPC” website, which offered supposedly authentic software.

Pandacan Oil Depot Bomb Threat – Hoax

Have you heard of this news? According to reports, there was a bomb in the vicinity of Pandacan Oil Depot Tuesday night. Fortunately, it was declared a hoax after a police search returned negative result.

Ordinance 7177 – Pandacan Oil Depot to Stay

Yesterday – May 28, 2009, Mayor Alfredo Lim approved the controversial Ordinance 7177, which allows the oil depot here in Pandacan to stay. It supersedes (or should I say over-empowers?) the previous Ordinance 8027 which classified Pandacan and Sta. Ana as residential and commercial areas instead of industrial.

In simple words:

Frat-Related Crime Claimed Life

I’m not well-versed in baranggay number so I’m not sure where Baranggay 830 exactly is, but it is where this crime happened. So there’s no incident map for this entry.

Apparently, a baranggay tanod was attacked and killed by a gang of youth when he was making his rounds. Motive of the crime was not reported [...]
