Cely Umali the OIC of Kapitan Isidro Library
Twenty days (20) ago, the PERTH-MANILA Book Project (PMBP) were acknowledged by community leaders, Kap. Isidro Mendoza Public Library officers, and Pandacan residents because of their heart-felt donations.
A “book shower” was held at the library showing our appreciation for the enthusiastic organizers of the book projects.
