The second photoblog of the Fiesta 2010 series: Pandacan Buling-Buling 2010. Spearheaded by Samahang Sining at Kalinangan ng Pandacan, the annual dance tradition/festival was a smashing success. “Mutya ng Pandacan 2010″ is the first of our Fiesta 2010 series. Last year, an estimated 3.5 million people joined the procession from Quirino Grandstand in Luneta to Quiapo Church. This year, more devotees are expected to attend this religious tradition. |
