According to the news, many people are stranded in various parts of the city due to floods caused by “bagyong (TS) Ondoy”.

West Zamora Street in Pandacan is still closed due to sewer repair being done by Maynilad. Only one lane (Pandacan in-bound) is open, and jeepneys going to Taft will have to go straight ahead to Quirino Avenue and make a right to Quirino Extension at Philippine Columbian.
