Just a very short post to remind all Pandacan residents who are now in the United States… Daylight Saving Time will come to an end Sunday (November 2, 2008) at exactly 2AM. (Sunday 2PM Manila Time)
So what does it mean?
Well, you gain an extra hour of sleep!
If you are in Pandacan and have relatives or friends living in the US, remind them also to reset their clocks and adjust it one hour less. And they better do it before going to bed, baka malito sila paggising nila. 
Those who are also working in Call Centers, I know affected din kayo ng clock adjustments na ito dahil ang Pilipinas, magiging 13-hour advanced na instead of 12. 
Naalala ko tuloy nung panahon ni Pres. Corazon “Cory” Aquino, may daylight saving time rin, pero di ko maalala kung effective ba ito sa ating bansa. Tanda niyo pa ba? 
Manila Day Care Center held a two-day trick or treat for the students and for the community. The kids dressed up and wore their best Halloween costumes. They *tried* to scare Certeza Street residents and the kids ended up getting more candies! Is there any other Trick or Treat activities here in Pandacan (or even in Manila)?
Since it’s Halloween, I thought it would be all right to post something like this story (or pics). However, if you are not too fond of spiders, you might want to back off. 
A news last week reports a spider somewhere in Australia eating a bird that was caught in its web.
According to the news, this spider in Australia is a Golden Orb Weaver, which normally grows “as big as a human hand but the northern species in tropical areas were known to grow larger.”
Sayang, masyadong malaki para sa labanan ng gagamba sa Pandacan.
pano mo nalaman tong site? sasali ka ba sa buling buling?
